CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE MY DIETARY REQUIREMENT?

Each meal is indicated with information such gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and whether it contains nuts. However please do not hesitate to check with me if you have any specific ingredient you can’t have.

IS YOUR FOOD SPICY?

I provide heat rating on dishes with chillies as the ingredient. I mark the dish 1 out of 10 (10 being the hottest). The food normally ranges from 1/10 up to 4/10. For some dishes, I provide separate homemade chillies (with heat rating 6/10) if you like yours hot!

IS YOUR FOOD SUITABLE FOR KETO?

You will be able to know which one is marked for Keto as they will say 'no refined sugar' or 'low carb' (or simply opt for no rice for your Ketogenic diet).

IS YOUR FOOD HALAL?

All the chicken dish is halal. Meat is sourced locally from Harry’s of Winslow.

DO YOU OFFER VEGAN FOOD?

Yes! I’m always trying to provide a Vegan option for the meals – it may not be on every single dish, but Vegans can enjoy my food. Most popular Vegan protein I’m using for the dish are tofu, tempeh (soya bean cake), young jackfruit, and homemade seitan.

HOW DO I REHEAT MY FOOD AT HOME?

Heating instructions on each of the meal is provided via email after you’ve completed your food order. The heating method varies from using hob, oven, air fryer, microwave and steamer.

CAN YOU CATER FOR MY PARTY?

I have been catering for parties and other special occasions since 2016. Please feel free to enquire on my contact page.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU DO YOUR TAKEAWAY?

I aim to do Winslow Friday Meal Takeaway fortnightly in term time, unless I’m booked to cater for a party.
